(1) Every vaccinator shall give a certificate of successful vaccination.
(2) In addition to the person who vaccinates the certificate according to sub-rule (1), doctors, companders, doctors, nurses, health assistants, auxiliary health workers, assistant nurse midwives and health workers should also give the vaccination.
